The Registration Fee is $125 per family (2 adults, 2 children) and includes the following:

  • Meet & Greet Reception (Friday, August 3rd)
  • Continental Breakfast
  • Kids Camp* (see link for details)
  • Conference Lectures
  • Patient/Parent Question & Answer Forum
  • Optional Breakout Sessions
  • Individual Patient Appointments with Surgeons (Dr. Lewin, Dr. Bonilla, Dr. Kesser, Dr. Reid)
  • Earicles Conference T-Shirt

ALL attendees must be registered. There is a $50 fee for each additional child or adult.

Families that have not yet attended an Earicles conference will have their Individual Patient Appointment (IPA) scheduled on Saturday afternoon, after the surgeons’ presentations. Please note that IPAs are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have a no cancellation policy and cannot refund the registration fee due to any cancellations. If you are not able to attend the conference, your fee will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Earicles and upon request a letter will be sent to you documenting the donation.
